Deep hair conditioner recipe:

2 TBS Greek Yogurt (plain is probably best, I had vanilla)

1/4 Cup Olive oil

2 TBS Virgin Coconut Oil (melted if cold pressed)

2 TBS Honey

2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar

Mix them all together. Wet your hair with warm water, apply mixture liberally to your hair then cover with a shower cap for 30 mins. Rinse your hair out with warm water, then do a co-wash with an all natural conditioner to get any excess of the yogurt mixture out. Your hair will be softened and easy to detangle from the combined oils, retain moisture because of the honey, shiny and resistant to build-up as a result of the vinegar. The yogurt provides a lot of essential proteins that strengthen and make hair break resistant. This is also great on skin if you’re looking for a face mask.
